Pre-employment Checks
We have safer recruitment policy and our recruitment procedures are in-line with industry standard. The following arrangements will apply to pre-employment checks for all of staff, however, these may differ depending on the employers, clients and regulatory authorities (e.g. CQC or NHS):
- Current CV with minimum of 5 years of work & education history without gaps
- Verification of ID
- Right to Work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS check
- Mandatory and Statutory Trainings Certificates
- Professional Registration (e.g. NMC, AHP, GMC etc) and Qualifications check
- Verification English language competency checks
- Verification of Numeracy test
- Employment History & Reference Checks
- Media checks
- Agency Induction
