We have safer recruitment policy and our recruitment procedures are in-line with industry standard. The following arrangements will apply to pre-employment checks for all of staff, however, these may differ depending on the employers, clients and regulatory authorities (e.g. CQC or NHS):

- District Nurse and School Nurse
- Midwife
- Locum Doctor
Our robust vetting and recruitment process include:
- Staff are thoroughly interviewed and assessed for personal and professional qualities.
- Staff will have Enhanced DBS and References checked.
- Professional Registration Checked (e.g. NMC, AHP etc.) regularly.
- Verifying Employment History.
How we assist our health and social care staff?

Our Clinical Lead can assist on NMC Revalidation for Nursing staff.

24/7 shift booking facility, weekly and monthly payment options available.

Temporary or Permanent or Fixed Term Contract can be offered.

We carry out regular Appraisal to address if there is any gap.
We can offer the following Trainings / CPD to our Health and Social Care staff:
- Clinical trainings
- Mandatory and Statutory trainings
- Manual Handling / Moving and Handling
- Mental health and Challenging Behaviour
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Immediate Life Support (ILS)
